Keith Hay Park play space & car park upgrade, Mt Roskill

Project management of the redevelopment of a large sports park. The project involved an upgrade and extension to main car park and pedestrian plaza, construction of a new play space and community planting. Despite several challenging issues, the project was completed to a very high standard.

Ōrākei Point to Shore Rd Walkway, Ōrākei

Project management of the design, consenting and construction phases of a new section of the Hobson Bay walkway. The project was complicated by the coastal, biodiversity, geotechnical, archaeological and cultural values of the site. Close collaboration with mana whenua ensured that cultural values were respected and enhanced.

Wilsons Beach re-sanding, Hobson Bay

Management of the design, consent and construction phases of a small beach re-sanding project at Wilsons Bay. Despite budgetary constraints the project was completed on time and within budget. Mana whenua were involved in coastal planting that protected midden sites in the vicinity.

Three Kings Heritage Trail

Management of the physical works stage of a heritage trail in the Three Kings area. The role included refinement of signage designs and locations, cost estimates, procurement of signage, consultation with local residents and business owners, and supervision of signage installation.
